Remarks: On this trip it appeared that the SD40-2 helper era may be over, as I only saw SD40Es in service. If that's so, the SD40Es are a fitting replacement.

Nicely done. We came very close to being in that area at the same time; I was supposed to have spent that weekend in Cresson, but I had a scheduling conflict and wound up settling for a day trip on the 9th. I saw an autorack train that evening with a similar lashup, but the road unit was an SD70M instead.
