Remarks: Caminhos de Ferro Portugueses (CP) Alco Class 15 No. 1525 departs Vila Real de Sto. António on the 16:20 for Lisbon on Monday 5th June 2000. These Alco 251C-12 locomotives were built in 1955 and this one carries the historic colours similar to those applied when new. This class numbered 25 and they were all re-engined at Barreiro Works between 1971 and 1978.

The 1520 class(1521-1525) were built and delivered in 1951, not in 1955. ;)
