Remarks: One day, one BUSY day, on the EWGR resulted in a storage train move, a Geiger Local & a grain train all in the vicinity of Cheney. The New Geiger Spur is full of storage cars, so before local industry in Airway Heights could be worked, those cars had to be moved first. The grain train started out a little over 100 miles west in Coulee City on April 21, stuck with 10MPH the entire railroad into Cheney following a severe derailment. Crews told me prior to this, they had only run one other time in the past month, so catching EWGR in action isn't predictable. Don't plan a trip unless you're local.
