Remarks: No April Fool's joke, tho' it was widely believed a joke at first, NS sent their office car special to Florida. Not only was it the F's first time to Jacksonville, it was also their first time over FEC (albiet with pilot motors...) The train began its trip the day before in Atlanta, running to Valdosta to overnight. When in FL, the train ran across the famed Jax Bridge (unexpectedly meeting a daily transfer on the bridge headed the other way, sending a dozen shutterbugs scrambling!) and down FEC as far as Titusville, turning back north at City Point.
