Remarks: While waiting for my aunt to arrive on Northeast Regional 195, she called from the train to say they were being held around Fredericksburg to let the Auto Train and Silver Star go by. So while Amtrak reshuffled their deck, CSX provided entertainment in the form of a 111-car freight that came through about the same time as 195 normally arrives. ES40DCs 5487 and 5397 were on the point.
