Remarks: During the early days of the DM&E the track was not in the best shape as you will see. In fact a few months later there was a bad pile up near this same location. Listen to the crew call in their car count at the end! Although mostly empties not bad for 2 SD 9s.

This illustrates one of the drawbacks of staggered rail joints. I don't know how you found the courage to film within reach of a rollover!

Look at all the old Rock Island hoppers. Almost 10 years after shutdown, they're still in the original "Bankruptcy Blue". Great Video!!
