Remarks: The attraction for train transportation between two small cities on a relatively short distance (30-60 kilometers) had disappeared during the development of the economic and fast buses, the frequency of them from hour to hour and so on. National Railroad Company had failed to attract passengers on secondary lines from Romania, so the new private company, RegioTrans, is making big profit by traveling more often than CFR (up to 8 trains per day as against only 3 trains that were in the past) and making service with comfort cars with the same price as in the past. In another point of view, the trains are often now and the drivers that got used with only 3 trains a day, now they have to pay more attention at the rail-crossing. In this video you can watch the craziness or the recklessness of the drivers that are playing with fire.

I'm glad that's our DMUs had a second life in Romania ! I notice too, a personnal used of the SAL (Signal alerte lumineux/warning light signal) using for stop trains in the opposite direction, but well used like ditch light !
