Remarks: A local train with a Seaboard System GP38-2 and a Chessie System B30-7 had just arrived back at Bennett Yard in North Charleston, SC. Before the crew could put off duty, they had to break up their train on the south end of the yard.

The 2629 is used daily to switch cars for New Page Paper Co.formally West VACO at MP BA202 (W.Va Central Jct. former Western Maryland Railway at Luke Md.) Locomotive is fitted with Air Condition unit.It has a small fuel tank and has to be returned to CSX Cumberland Shop every 7to10 days for fuel sand and inspection.
