Did you get his name and badge number? That might be something his superiors would be interested in knowing, especially with the video of the driver.

Maybe it was his wife, and he was more concerned about you getting it on film. As the other commentor suggested, perhaps you should show it to his superiors, and make note that he did nothing about it.

Yeah, with the attention given to "Homeland security" the police seem to be more intrested in harrasing rail fans then enforcing saftey violations. Go figure.
