Remarks: P42 9 rushes south through Ruther Glen with the Palmetto at 11:41 on October 25, 2009. The 9-spot is a familiar face to me, having appeared several times in Ashland dating back to May 2008 and once in an earlier-phase paint scheme on Horseshoe Curve in August 2002.
