Remarks: An all-Tropicana meet in Ashland on August 1st, 2009 - ES44DCs 5288 and 5213 were first on the scene with Q741, but waiting in the distance at Ashcake Road was its northbound loaded counterpart. As the last car of Q741 receded into the distance, SD70MAC 4743 and ES44DC 5233 got Q740 moving again, but just barely - the train ground to a halt again with its reefers stretched for most of the length of Center Street. Several agonizing moments passed until the slack pulled out with a bang and forward motion continued - just for a minute, until it stopped, rolled back a little, and then banged forward once again. I'm sure Tropicana appreciated the torture test being administered to their cars' drawbars at that point. No hesitating this time as the train quickly got up to a much-closer-to-normal speed and finally got out of town.
