Remarks: Deadhead move of R&N 425 & train from Port Clinton to Tunkhannock for weekend excursions. I hadn't planned to catch this, just happened to be in PA at the right time. Sometimes, it's like that!! #425 returned to service late in 2007, but RBMN generally has a policy not to hire smokers :-)
