BHP mainline running speed is 80km. Don't wanna get in the way. 2 1/2 to 3 km stopping distance. |

Outback Australian rail at its best! Bachman model trains have recently released a BHP loco and four-wagons...pity we can't buy 224 of 'em! And what a layout to run it. |

May 2009 I was driving for BHP, mainline speed was 75, not 80. |

In relation to the above question.......no I wasn't sure at the time. I had never seen these things before. You are correct, the two blue units are AC6000's. |
