Remarks: I didn't have time to lock the camera to the tripod, but this is such a unique operation I thought that you would like it. An eastbound Appalachain & Ohio coal train being pulled and pushed a few miles east of Burnsville, West Virginia.
Great video! I remember passing through Burnsville on our way to/on the way back from Pennsylvania, and remember a couple times when there were CSX trains sitting in the siding. Recently I got a chance to pull over and get some pictures of the SD90's, if only I would have caught them running. Any idea when trains run through nowadays?
@ Kyle, Yes they are, leased by CEFX. Technically, the CSX engines are foreign power, but I think they just left the engines with the train as run through power, since it would come back to CSX anyways...lol
