Remarks: After a 3-hour long blizzard that hit the area, the overall snow storm has been reduced back down to moderate snow showers after dumping over 5 inches of snow on the ground. (another 3 inches would soon be deposited) Q236-28 departs Manchester Yard at a snail's pace due to malfunctioning signals ahead and snow-packed switches.
