Remarks: EJ&E SD38-2s 675, 670 and 663 lead the eastbound state line coal train into Plainfield. Unfortunatly this will probably be the final State Line coal train to run under the real EJ&E name, its all CN from here on out.

Really nice video! I imagine you were a bit let down when there was no air horn action. I once paced a BNSF train for 10 miles with a video camera, and had an engineer that was deathly afraid of touching the air horn button. He sounded the horns (barely) for like 2 out of 10 crossings, but it still turned out ok. Again, nice video I love the "J" and have been a fan since the 70's.

The city of Plainfield has a quiet zone through here and they are very strict about trains honking in the quiet zone.
