Remarks: For a period of about two weeks in early November of this year, NS manifest trains #322, #346, #347, #359, and #361 operated almost daily with sets of CEFX and/or HLCX SD40-2s. At 2:33pm on Monday, November 10, 2008, southbound manifest train #361 races through the milepost 60.6H grade crossing at Oostanaula, Georgia, on NS's Atlanta North District behind FOUR CEFX SD40-2s including the #3174, #3178, #3156, and #3159. I'm sure this will be the only time I'll ever see a quartet of these operating together.
