Remarks: Tropical Storm Hanna continues to dumb rain on the northeast as "Four-and-a-quarter" pulls a roundtrip excursion from Jim Thorpe to Pittston. The cool tunnel air and humid tropical air create a fog bank inside the tunnel which is forced out by the excursion moving at trackspeed.
