Remarks: The semaphores are still in place at Joliet on the west signal bridge in 1991. 4 new B40-8s are on their last stretch of the trip as they near Chicago. One unit is in the bluebonnet paint.

At the 14sec. mark, looks like the signal for track 2 (or 3?) changes from stop to approach.
