Remarks: It's big, it's bad, and it's... BLUE! It's RBM&N's reciently restored 4-6-2 Pacific, #425, and she's back and better than ever. Painted in a classy blue and gold paint scheme, the engine is certainly an eye-grabber, as it races down the R&N main. We'll watch as the crew cleans the locomotive and prepares the 425 for its journey, and then, we'll take you trackside, to witness this historic event. So come along, as we follow the 'Four-and-a-Quarter' to Jim Thorpe.

Wow! This is my favorite video I have seen thus far, and will be for a while! Excellent video, Adam!

Adam, Great job! My favorite locomotive is finally back! I was surprised to see a few differences than her run in December 07, being the heading and bell, which sure stand out, and I love the blue. The 6'er is absolutely my favorite. I could go on and on... but again, nice job! I hope to see you there again in June! -Eric

Mix #425 with all the other mainline engines, and it's sure to stand out big time!

Another successful steam RTS! Now if only Norfolk Southern could take a hint! ;-)

Like to see 425 out again, by the way, why did they put the headlight at the front of 425?

Posted by Adam Christman (Penn Rail Videos) on October 9, 2008

It's always been at the front.

Best video of this locomotive that I have ever seen! We all know that this engine has been treated badly by the video companies for years, now finally a royal treatment of the Little Blue Pacific. Wonderful!
