I'm a little bit surprised to see the tank cars directly behind the motive power.I thought a mandatory FRA rule was to put boxcars or hoppers between the motive power and any tank car carrying volatil or poison products.. Dom

You are right about the spacer car requirement but that only applies to certain commodities (ethanol being a common example).
