There is one beautiful location for rail fanning. Always good to see trains crossing this bridge. Fine job of video work.

Are they under a speed restriction when crossing that bridge?

The speed limit over this bridge is about 30mph, so I'm not sure why they were moving so slowly. They were stopped just short of the bridge span, waiting for some traffic to clear.
