Remarks: After making the scheduled stop in downtown Geneseo, the triple header hussles westbound toward the Quad Cities. The train was about 30 minutes behind after fixing a hot journal on the 261's tool car just outside of Bureau.

I'm a diesel fan, but I have to say that tripleheader of steam was an awesome sight and sound. Great video.

That trip was an awesome one. I am glad I had a chance to ride behind those three steam locomotives.

RJ Corman just bought another locomotive from China. I believe it will be running in Kentucky shortly. I will have to make a trip.

Very good to seeing the QJ (class "Forward" of China Rail) could be running on America. I had seen many QJ in China in past. Now a day, no more. I would be very appreciated for those people could help to bought some retired QJ from China which could preserve for our railway history in life steam !

These two Chinese QJ steam locomotives are very lucky because they "emigrated" to America and still in use. Now in China, live QJ can scarcely be seen , even in Jining-Tongliao line. Many retired Qj were disassembled. Only a few SY steam locomotives can be found in Diaobingshan ,near Tieling City, about 60 kilometers north of Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning province.

I hope we get some more engines like these

I'm a steam fan, but put the American one first! 261, being American should be in the lead strutting her awesome American whistle, not that whiny chinese one.
