Due to bandwidth constraints, only members of our affordably priced RVElite subscription service may view ultra high quality videos.
Ultra high quality videos are encoded at a higher video resolution (640x480, the size of this light gray box), are sampled at bitrates of 4000+k/sec, have no compression added, and may be viewed by our valued RVElite members in full-screen mode.
Remarks: After Tropical Storm Irene, there is more than a little water in the Mohawk River valley. A Washout near MP 173, and water over the rail West of Amsterdam has Westbounds held up at Rotterdam and points East. The X641 which I shot 4 hours previous to this train, had just gotten an EC1 through the Signal suspension beginning at CP169, about 25 miles West of here.
