Remarks: Working a lumbering coalie through the Sydney metrop during daylight means being shoved aside numerous times. The smog hollow squirts (nickname for the suburban emu trains) run very frequently. CA18 loads at Clarence Colliery near Lithgow and returns east through Sydney thence south to Inner Harbour near Wollongong to unload.
