Remarks: It was a rainy day when a buddy and myself arrived at Spencer to visit the NCTM in April 1988. Southern FP7 6133 was about to pull a bus load of school children around the grounds when the engineer looked down upon us and asked. Do you all want to ride up here? Well he didn't have to ask twice as we climbed aboard.
