Cannot Display High Quality Video

Due to bandwidth constraints, only members of our affordably priced RVElite subscription service may view ultra high quality videos.

Ultra high quality videos are encoded at a higher video resolution (640x480, the size of this light gray box), are sampled at bitrates of 4000+k/sec, have no compression added, and may be viewed by our valued RVElite members in full-screen mode.

Remarks: Approaching Tunnel 2 on the eastbound climb over Tehachapi, a trio of GP50’s and a pair of somewhat rare predecessor GP40X’s has throttled down, creeping a restrictive signal that finally flips to red over yellow. Careful attention to the audio reveals that Run 8 is achieved as the two trains are passing. The headend is about six car lengths out of the scene when another GP50 and two GE B40–8 “Toasters” cut in mid-train become distinctly audible as they emerge from the tunnel. Once the eastbound is out of the way, the westbound continues its descent toward Bakersfield.
