What kind of a Bell was that in the first scene? It sounded horrible, but the bell in the second scene was much better and that is a beautiful looking train!
The bell in the first rollby is the "speaker" bell. You'll note on the second runby the loudspeaker on the roof of the unit at the front of the cab. It is played off of an audio recording on equipment housed in the nose of the locomotive.

Patrick, great video and catch of the WSOR Executive Train! The railroad did a real nice paint job on their equipment. Thanks for posting this video.
