Remarks: Due to major signal work on the RF&P Sub in the first half of the week, the southbound Palmetto and Carolinian ran as a combined train between New York and Rocky Mount, NC for 3 days starting on September 19, 2010. At 1:47 PM, P42s 13 and 88 rushed past North Collier with the mutant consist, with the Palmetto's Amfleet II coaches leading the Carolinian's Amfleet Is and a baggage car on each end.
