Jointed Rails in Georgia pt. 2Added: January 09, 2011

Cannot Display High Quality Video

Due to bandwidth constraints, only members of our affordably priced RVElite subscription service may view ultra high quality videos.

Ultra high quality videos are encoded at a higher video resolution (640x480, the size of this light gray box), are sampled at bitrates of 4000+k/sec, have no compression added, and may be viewed by our valued RVElite members in full-screen mode.

Remarks: A pair of lease engines pass through the outer suburbs of Hampton, GA on their way to Atlanta via the NS Griffin District. This section of the line is laid with jointed rails that saw steam engines in regular service. It is scheduled to replaced in 2011, making noisy scenes like this a thing of the past.
