The person in the green pickup did a great job of awaiting the train. I was expecting them to bolt across the tracks like you see many times, even in Chipley where I live, but they kept their cool and awaited the train, which is what I would do. People get too impatient.

I'm like Chris, I thought that guy would shoot the crossing as well. He had a lot more time than some locomotive hood ornament wannabes do, those that cross with seconds to spare. I figure he's a rail fan, an off-duty cop, or noticed your camera, thought you were a "camera cop" as we call them here, and decided he might get a ticket if he crossed.
